    - Stalls will be available for rent at Shenandale.
    - Sand warm-up ring available at Shenandale.
    - All entries should be sent to Tammy Hryczaniuk postmarked no earlier than one month prior to the show date.
    - VADAF Rule: Show Managers may not ride in the show they are managing.  Show Secretaries may ride but must arrange for someone to take over their duties while they are riding.
    - VOLUNTEERS are always appreciated and needed! We need Managers, Secretaries, Scribes, Scorers, Runners, Ring Stewards and Parking Stewards for all shows.
